We’re looking for an experienced Executive Steward to lead back-of-house sanitation and stewarding operations for high-energy events and banquets at The Brook. In this role, you’ll oversee cleanliness, inventory, and team performance while ensuring the highest standards of safety and service.

What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage stewarding and sanitation operations
Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are exceeded
Oversee inventory, equipment, and cost control
Train, develop, and motivate a dedicated stewarding team
Support event setup, service, and breakdown

Experience in stewarding, banquets, or food & beverage operations
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of sanitation, safety, and cleaning procedures
