Job Description

This is your opportunity to join a world-leading coatings supplier organization.

Come and join our Marine Customer Care Department, working in an international environment. Within this role, you will report to the Customer Care Team Leader.

Location: Athens, Greece.

Make an impact and drive improvement

In this role you be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering support services to the organization's sales force. Your activities will include processing orders, quotations, invoicing and resolving complaints. You will be instrumental in ensuring strong customer services relationships and developing sustainable value adding solutions.

What you can look forward to in this Role

This job offers you the chance to provide service and handle Customer enquiries, requests and concerns. Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:

  • Being a first point of contact for the Customers, providing service and Customer experiences by responding to them via multiple channels (for example e-mail, phone, Sales Representatives).
  • Processing and managing all types of purchase orders and related enquiries.
  • Using all given company tools to provide excellent quality of service to Customers.
  • Responding to order-related Customers’ claims.
  • Taking care of invoicing.
  • Focusing on compliance in all financial transactions.
  • Ensuring diligence in documentation.

What does it take to become our new team member?


Our ideal candidate will have working experience within Customer Service in the Marine coating industry.
Furthermore, we expect that you have:

  • Experience in a busy Customer Service.
  • Experience in standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to understand and have basic product knowledge.
  • Experience in using ERP systems (Microsoft preferred).
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office programs.
  • Experience with CRM.
  • Fluent English and Greek in speaking and writing.
  • Being Customer oriented and focusing on collaboration.
  • Ability to handle Customer objections and earn trust.
