Responsibilities:
As a senior business process analyst, you will be responsible for analysis and evaluation of user business problems, development of business system or process recommendations to meet business requirements, including problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of systems/processes.

- Analyzing current business processes, workflows, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Developing and implementing optimized processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Creating process documentation and guidelines, including standard operating procedures and workflow diagrams.
- This role involves a significant amount of project management. Responsibilities include managing internal technical and non-technical business projects. Responsible for the gathering, planning, design and build, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. This includes monitoring overall progress & timelines and the effective use of resources and budget, and to provide progress/ status reports.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to design and execute process improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented process changes, measuring key performance indicators, and making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Communicating with shareholders and stakeholders to ensure alignment on proposed changes.
- Monitoring process audits and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented process changes, gathering feedback, and making necessary adjustments.
- Providing training and support to team members on new processes and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, management, IT, Business IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business process analysis and project management.
- IT background with an understanding of enterprise applications.
- Project management skills, including project planning, resource management, and risk management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, study, and interpret complex data.
