The Utah Olympic Park is seeking a Park Medical Manager to lead all aspects of medical, safety, and emergency response operations across one of the most unique Olympic venues in the world. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring the safety of guests, athletes, and staff while supporting a fast-paced, flexible and multi-use environment.

- Full-time, year-round, exempt position

- Salary: Starting at $60,000

Job Requirements
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience in medical, emergency response, or patrol operations
- Proven leadership experience managing staff and performance
- Current Outdoor Emergency Care (OEC) certification
- Experience with snow safety operations and hazard mitigation
- Strong decision-making, communication, and prioritization skills in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Nice to Haves:
- National Ski Patrol instructor certification or advanced patrol experience
- Experience with lift evacuation, rescue operations, and toboggan handling
- Experience with budgeting, inventory, or operational planning
Day in the Life
On a typical day, you’ll oversee park-wide medical operations, ensuring proper coverage, readiness, and response across all areas. You’ll lead your team through scheduling, training, and emergency response while maintaining high performance standards across both winter and summer operations.
You’ll collaborate closely with other departments to support safe operations, manage equipment and resources, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting. From leading training programs to supporting large-scale events, your role is central to keeping the park running safely and effectively.
