Lia Honda Albany is seeking an A/A+ level Automotive Technician to join our team. Compensation Range: $70k-$110K+ |
Sign on bonus: available up to $1000 |
REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of Service Technician experience required • Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair experience required • State Inspection certification required • ASE Certification recommended • Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment • Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications • Computer skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Must have clean & valid driver's license |
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment • Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed, providing an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs. • Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications |
