QUALIFICATIONS:
 

• Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate and Bilingual/ESL Certificate.
• Demonstrated knowledge of subject speciality and effective teaching methods.
• Ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Ten years or more in teaching experience.
• Experience providing professional development to classroom teachers.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
