Job Summary:

We�re looking for an energetic, compassionate Life Enrichment Aide to help create meaningful experiences for seniors. This role is all about personality, someone who enjoys connecting with others, bringing positivity, and making each day engaging for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist with resident activities and life enrichment programs
• Engage residents through group activities and one-on-one interaction
• Support residents� emotional, physical, and social well-being
• Assist with activity planning, assessments, and special events
• Encourage participation and build strong relationships with residents

What We�re Looking For:

• Passion for working with seniors or aging populations
• Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creativity in arts, crafts, or recreational activities is a plus
• Experience in senior living, caregiving, or activities is helpful, but not required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to obtain CPR certification and attend dementia training

Schedule:

• Full-time or part-time available (open to one full-time or two part-time hires)
• Flexible scheduling, including occasional coordination with team members
• Occasional weekend availability (about once per month)
