The Manager of Distributor Relations and IDN Contracts is responsible for developing and managing distributor relationships and capitalizing on IDN contracting opportunities, in conjunction with field sales team.  Objectives and activities will require regular communication and collabortion with Director of National Accounts, Sales Management and President to ensure goals are consistent with strategic plans, long-term vision and company objectives.

Qualifications, Specialized Skills and Knowledge required:

  1. BA or BS degree
  2. Three years national contract experience in healthcare or medical device field 
  3. Seven years of experience in field sales, preferable medical devices in hospitals
  4. Proven record of healthcare contracting, IDN strategy and tactics
  5. Proven ability at management level within medical devices or pharmaceutical markets
  6. Demonstrated attention to detail and self-driven sense of urgency
  7. Ability to develop and maintain solid and positive, professional relationships.
  8. Exceptional creative, analytical, verbal and written communication skills
