Tri-Cities Treatment Center is looking for a friendly, detail-driven Administrative Coordinator to help keep our fast-paced treatment center running smoothly. If you enjoy working with people and staying organized in a dynamic environment, we want to meet you!

$20.00hr- $26.00hr Depending on experience

Hours of operation: 5:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m. M-F and 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Greet clients and visitors; verify IDs and manage sign-in process
  • Monitor lobby activity and support smooth client flow
  • Assist with client check-in during dosing (collect payments, confirm info)
  • Provide front desk coverage as needed (breaks and peak times)
  • Answer inquiries and coordinate with community providers
  • Perform administrative tasks and assist with weekly reports
  • Support telehealth visits (set up providers/clients for virtual appointments)
  • Assist Program Director with daily operations

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year experience as a general office clerk with basic math and accounting skills and previous cash handling experience preferably in the health care field.
  • Excellent computer skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Meet state requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
  • We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level
  • Current driver's license in the state in which they reside.
