As part of a growing culinary operation, our cooks are key players in delivering high-quality food in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:

We are seeking passionate, dependable, and skilled cooks to join our culinary team. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in kitchen operations, with the ability to learn, grow, and support various stations as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
  • Work efficiently and cleanly on the assigned station, including pantry, fry, grill, or sauté.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Receive and store deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and labeling of products.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and leadership.
  • Support other stations and assist teammates as needed during busy service periods.
  • Be punctual, prepared, and ready to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of kitchen experience preferred (but not required—we’ll train the right candidate).
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow recipes, prep lists, and direction from supervisors.
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
