As a Teacher’s Assistant, you will:
- Support lead teachers in daily classroom activities and routines.
- Assist with care, supervision, and engagement of children.
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and fun learning environment.
- Prepare materials, set up activities, and maintain a clean classroom.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

What You’ll Need:
- Reliable transportation to the Surprise, AZ area.
- 1 year of experience in early care and education or related experience (volunteering, nannying, or weekend nursery work counts).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong customer service, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
- Must complete a pre-employment health appraisal and maintain updated health documentation every two (2) years thereafter in accordance with NAC accreditation standards.
- Ability to obtain certifications including Fingerprint Clearance, CPR, TB/Chest X-Ray, and Food Handler’s (we provide support for certification costs).
