Salary Range: £734.59 - £760.60 per week and £19.3313 - £20.0158 per hour.
Working Arrangements: Full Time
States Property Unit is seeking to appoint a proactive and enthusiastic Site Supervisor to maintain the school to ensure that facilities are in good working order, the site is safe, clean and an appropriate learning and working environment is maintained.
This is a full-time permanent post, requiring the post holder to develop a detailed understanding of schools’ operational needs and priorities.
The postholder will work to deliver both preventative and reactive maintenance, following guidelines on safety, timescales & budget and will be supported by States Property Unit in respect of larger works on site. The post holder will also work to ensure security, cleaning and porterage duties are fulfilled in a timely manner and to the required quality levels
