Description

WinnMed is seeking to hire a Surgery RN to join our growing Surgery Department. The Surgery RN is responsible for providing patient care to a variety of surgical patients. The successful candidate must be highly motivated, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be a team player. Part Time or Full Time available. Schedule is primarily 8-hour shifts between Monday - Friday, 7:00a - 3:30 pm. Hours may fluctuate slightly based on surgery case load (as early as 6:00am). Position includes on-call rotation, approximately 1 nights per week and every 6th-7th weekend. Holiday Call rotation included. 

Requirements

• Current IA RN license
• At least 2 years RN experience
• At least one year of Operating Room experience strongly preferred
• Scrub experience strongly preferred
• American Heart Association BLS required
• American Heart Association ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of hire
• Surgery Response Time must be within 30 minutes of WinnMed while on call or make arrangements to stay within 30 minutes
