Job Description

Perch helps Canadians make smarter mortgage decisions. We're a digital mortgage platform with a nationally licensed brokerage, our own private mortgage fund, and a growing product team that ships fast. Now we're expanding our growth engine, and we're looking for a Product Manager to lead it.

You’ll own the surfaces of Perch that reach into the outside world: partner integrations and APIs, CRM tooling, realtor and partner portals, and the client-facing experiences that connect to them. These are the products that identify and convert qualified clients, create deep, sticky partner relationships, and compound our growth engine over time.

In this role you'll scope, prioritize, ship, and measure, working closely with engineering, design, and partners. You'll bring your growth instincts to the work, identifying where the acquisition, conversion, and retention levers are and the judgment to prioritize them. You'll ship with AI, using it to prototype ideas, synthesize research, and automate workflows.

Salary Range:

$130,000 - 150,000

Responsibilities

Partner & Integration Product

Drive the roadmap for Perch's partner integrations and portals and the API surface that powers them. You'll sit close to partners, understand how their business runs, and build the primitives that let them embed Perch deeply into their workflows.

Client-Facing Surfaces

Own and identify client experiences that sit at the top of the funnel, including landing pages, high conversion tools and lending powered experiences and the in-product touchpoints that shape first impressions. You’ll optimize the acquisition journey, not just the first click.

Lifecycle & Messaging Systems

Own Perch's client lifecycle messaging and CRM infrastructure. On the product side, you'll design and improve the transactional messaging pipeline, building segmented automation flows across audiences and journey stages, integrating them with product events, and iterating based on performance. On the business side, you'll equip sales and partnerships with the CRM tooling, event workflows, and outreach infrastructure they need to open new relationships and deepen existing ones.

Growth & Distribution Experiments

Run disciplined experiments in acquisition, conversion, and distribution. Clear hypotheses, defined success metrics, kill criteria. Scale what works, cut what doesn't. This includes emerging surfaces like AI-driven discovery and agentic search, where getting Perch in front of the next generation of homebuyers is an open problem were solving.
