Job description:













Processing customer orders in the SAP system and internal and external shipping systems, verifying order accuracy.

Collaboration with the Planning and Purchasing Department to develop production plans and material security.

Data management for logistics delivery assessments and customer communication.

Supervision and analysis of KPIs for job performance evaluation.

Communication with customers regarding order fulfillment, product shelf life, material settlements, and payment processing.

Handling complaints and returns. Assisting in problem-solving and handling customer complaints.

Preparing waybills, CMRs, invoices, and other shipping documents.

Close collaboration with the warehouse and freight forwarding departments to ensure smooth deliveries.

Monitoring on-time delivery.

Collaboration with customs agencies and transport companies.

 

Required competencies and skills:

• Excellent work organization.

• Stress tolerance and the ability to manage priorities, work independently, and collaborate across departments.

• Knowledge of ERP/SAP S4/HANA systems. (SD module) 

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).

• Knowledge of international trade terms, export procedures, and shipping documentation.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills (customer service).

• Fluency in English. Knowledge of languages ​​such as German, French, or Spanish is a plus.
