Boothby Therapy Services (BTS) is growing, and we're excited to welcome Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows to our collaborative, clinician-centered team. We partner with school districts across Vermont to provide high-quality, student-focused services and we take just as much care of our clinicians as we do our students.

If you're a Clinical Fellow looking for strong mentorship, real-world school experience, and a team that truly has your back, BTS is a place where you can learn, grow, and feel supported every step of the way.

What Makes BTS Different (Especially for CFs)

At Boothby, Clinical Fellows are never "on their own." You'll receive:

  • Dedicated, experienced supervision that goes beyond minimum requirements

  • Ongoing mentorship and check-ins to support your clinical growth and confidence

  • Thoughtful placement matching based on your interests, strengths, and learning goals

  • A responsive clinical team you can actually reach when questions come up

We believe strong support creates strong clinicians and we build our CF experience around that philosophy.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and write clear, comprehensive reports

  • Develop and implement IEP goals that support functional communication

  • Provide individual and group therapy services

  • Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers

  • Document progress and services in compliance with IDEA and Massachusetts regulations

  • Participate in team meetings, IEP meetings, and professional development opportunities

Placement Options

  • Preschool, elementary, middle, or high school settings

  • Inclusion-based, pull-out, and specialized programs

  • Placements aligned with your experience level and professional goals

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • VT SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure

  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

  • A student-centered, team-oriented mindset

Why Join Boothby Therapy Services

  • Highly supportive clinical and administrative team

  • Intentional, hands-on supervision for Clinical Fellows

  • School-based schedule that supports work–life balance

  • Opportunities to gain experience across diverse settings

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and placement

  • A culture that values relationships, growth, and clinician well-being

How to Apply

We take a personalized approach to hiring. Our team works closely with candidates to find the right placement - not just any placement - based on experience, preferences, and district needs.
