The CCA Upper School Principal is a vital member of Christ’s Church Ministries, helping to advance Christ’s Church

Academy’s mission to make disciples (Matt. 28:18), better disciples (Acts 2:42), and more disciples (Mark 16:15)

through excellence in academics, athletics, and the arts. The Upper School Principal is a member of the CCA

Executive Leadership Team. Under the guidance and direction of the Head of School, the Upper School Principal is

responsible for implementing academic initiatives, supporting teachers, and planning professional development

programs. The Upper School Principal works collaboratively with the faculty and staff to effectively communicate

with parents.
