Swim Lessons Manager

The Swim Lessons Manager at the Aquatic Center is a seasonal position responsible for the day-to-day management of swim lesson operations, including personnel, equipment, training, scheduling, and financial reporting.

Examples of Duties:

• Designing a program suitable for all abilities and age levels
• Training Swim Lesson Instructors and Head Instructors
• Sign Ups for parents
• Work with Pool Manager to schedule swim lessons
• Day to Day Operation of the Swim Lesson Program 
• Able to take direction, instruction, and constructive criticism 
• Able to work well individually and as part of a team 
• Knowledge and understanding of swimming skills and various swimmer levels
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with children
• Strong communication skills with participants, parents, co-workers, and other managers
