Location: Whitehall, PA
Pay: $54-$56/hour  3 days a week

As a Physical Therapist, you'll deliver personalized therapy solutions that improve residents' mobility, independence, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
  • Recommend and instruct on adaptive equipment
  • Perform home evaluations and wheelchair assessments
  • Lead caregiver training and discharge planning
  • Maintain clinical records and contribute to team meetings

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited PT program (BS, MS, or DPT)
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in PA
  • 6–12 months experience in adult/geriatric rehab preferred
  • Strong clinical decision-making and leadership skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment
