BCS Allegient is currently hiring for a Human Capital Analyst to support a team in Arlington, VA.

Job Function:
- Track ONR Global billets reaching End of Tour/rotation dates, including ad hoc changes
- Notify HR Director and Executive Officer of upcoming vacancies 90 days in advance
- Execute administrative HR actions to ensure accurate, compliant personnel transitions
- Coordinate transition actions among stakeholders and notify HR within 24 hours
- Support onboarding/offboarding through non-inherently governmental HR actions
- Draft and issue “Welcome Aboard” letters and onboarding materials by employee type
- Update “Welcome Aboard” packages annually with current information
- Provide offboarding guidance and paperwork at least 60 days prior to departure
- Collect, consolidate, and maintain offboarding documentation in N1 systems
- Plan and facilitate annual workforce planning/Working Group meetings
- Update USAJobs templates based on Program Manager inputs
- Develop 18-month vacancy forecast, accounting for extensions and departures
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university and 10+ years of experience in US Government Human Resource Management or have 20+ years of experience in US Government Human Resource Management.
- Demonstrated HR proficiency in US Government personnel administration by managing customer requirements across a broad range of tasks including supporting personnel recruiting and selection, supporting the onboarding logistics of newly reported personnel, briefing preparation, conference and meeting planning and staffing (to include video-teleconference arrangements), and supporting resolution of administrative, logistical and financial HR issues.
Desired additional qualifications:
- Working knowledge of the Naval Research & Development Establishment (NR&DE).
- Experience in US Navy specific Human Resource Management.
