The Head Volleyball Coach is responsible for leading and managing the volleyball program, including planning practices, coaching contests, and fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive student-athlete development. The coach will work collaboratively within a cooperative athletic program with Leola School District and uphold all district and conference expectations.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of volleyball fundamentals and coaching strategies
• Ability to mentor and motivate student-athletes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Previous coaching experience preferred

Compensation:

• Stipend position per district/co-op agreement
