Mayfair Care Center is seeking an experienced and motivated RN Unit Manager to join our dynamic leadership team. This opportunity is ideal for a Registered Nurse who thrives in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting and is passionate about leading clinical teams, improving patient outcomes, and delivering exceptional resident-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with facility leadership to oversee daily nursing operations
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory requirements
Provide strong clinical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to nursing staff
Manage staffing schedules to maintain quality care while minimizing overtime
Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and compassionate care
Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of nursing team members
Monitor resident care plans and ensure clinical excellence across the unit

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
Excellent communication and team-building abilities
Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
