Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (4 on / 2 off rotation)

What You’ll Do

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing compassionate care, promoting independence, and ensuring their safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide high-quality personal care in a manner that supports resident safety, dignity, and comfort
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and restroom assistance
• Support mobility needs, including safe transfers (bed to wheelchair, etc.)
• Promote and encourage the highest level of independence possible for each resident
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement to enhance quality of life
• Observe, report, and document changes in residents’ conditions and needs
• Communicate effectively with team members, families, and supervising nurse
• Contribute to and support the implementation of individualized care plans
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

• Strong observation skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, caring, and respectful demeanor
• Self-motivated and organized
• Experience with Alzheimer’s and dementia care preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
