Position Summary
The Architectural Staff professional will support the planning, design, and delivery of a variety of projects, including K–12 educational facilities, commercial developments, and private building projects. This role offers hands-on experience across all phases of design within a collaborative architecture and engineering environment, with mentorship from senior staff and opportunities for continued professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support architectural design and documentation from programming through construction documents
- Assist with the development of plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules
- Coordinate architectural work with in-house engineering disciplines, including structural, civil, and MEP
- Participate in design reviews and interdisciplinary coordination meetings
- Apply building codes, accessibility requirements, and firm standards to project work
- Assist with construction administration tasks, including submittals, RFIs, and site observations
- Revise drawings based on redlines and field conditions
- Support project teams in meeting schedule, budget, and quality objectives
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required. Associates in Architectural Technology preferred.
- 2–10 years of professional architectural experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Basic understanding of building systems, codes, and construction documentation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with K–12, commercial, private, or public-sector projects
- Exposure to integrated architecture and engineering project teams
- Progress toward architectural licensure preferred, but not required

Compensation
Good Faith Salary Range: $55,000–$85,000 annually. Starting pay within this range will be based on factors such as geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
