Director of Pupil Personnel Services
Location: Burlington County Institute of Technology
Position Summary:
BCIT is seeking a qualified Director of Pupil Personnel Services to oversee and coordinate the planning, development, and implementation of district-wide guidance and special education programs. This role includes supervision of Child Study Team Services, Speech and Language Services, and Section 504 requirements (managed at the building level).
The Director will serve as the primary evaluator for Guidance staff, Child Study Teams, and Speech and Language Specialists, while working collaboratively with administrative and instructional staff. Strong communication with parents, community members, sending districts, and county agencies is essential.

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Law, the annual salary range for this position is: $150,664 � $163,406
