Description
This position is responsible for the coordination between the Customer and the Operations team for
the flawless execution of customer programs/ accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain and coordinate Customer Changes with appropriate functions within our
organization
• Maintain documented processes of key functions and strive for the continuous
improvement of processes
• Conduct daily and weekly Conference calls with PM and Customer teams to resolve
issues
• Provide daily and weekly reports that summarize key customer activity and project
status
• Communicate daily issues with customers for resolution
• Coordinate the tracking and communication of customer order/ shipments
• Maintain current NPl checklists and Project Workbooks
• Enter Sales Orders with each customer pull request
• Create Work Orders for production if needed
• Act as back-up for other department functions as needed
• Daily maintenance on order management system to provide accurate status
• Receive customer forecasts and enter information in to systems
• Manage customer shipments and logistics
• Follow-up on inventory transactions to ensure completion
• Exception management to support unique customer requests
Requirements
• 3-5 years of similar industry experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Understanding of manufacturing order processing flow through an MRP system
• Experience with SAP/Order Management System
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese a plus
