The Employee Experience Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously enhancing programs that support the entire employee lifecycle�from pre-hire onboarding through ongoing engagement, recognition, wellness, and employee feedback. The Opportunity:

  • Own and evolve employee recognition programs, including peer recognition, milestone awards, and engagement campaigns.
  • Manage onboarding programs from pre-hire through first weeks, ensuring a seamless, engaging new-hire experience.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics, communications, orientation sessions, and cross-functional handoffs with HR, IT, and hiring leaders.
  • Design and deliver year-round employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building campaigns.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations highlighting engagement drivers and employee experience metrics.
  • Draft internal communications and collaborate cross-functionally to reinforce culture, engagement, and employer brand.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor�s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • 2�5 years of experience in employee engagement, employee experience, employee communications or related field.
  • Experience managing recognition programs, engagement initiatives, or onboarding is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
