Job Description

RFPContent Specialist

As the RFP Content Specialist, you will be working closely with the RFP Proposal Manager by supporting new sales and account retention initiatives via high-quality, on-time, winning RFP/RFI responses

Your role will involve updating the Loopio proposal database, adding new content based on the most recent proposals and updating existing content within defined expiration timeframes. Setting up SharePoint folders to manage each new opportunity will also be required.


This role will be India based.You will play a key role in the day-to-day RFP support activities to help the team put together winning proposals to meet Sphera’s global Sales goals.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the RFP Manager, lead the proposal content process from creation to review
  • Ensure proposal content is vetted, current, accurate and proposal-ready, validating brand consistency grammar and format
  • Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders to coordinate and develop persuasive proposal content with consistent and compelling messages
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to adopt a review and approval cycle to keep proposal content current and relevant
  • Champion best practices and guidelines to ensure consistent high quality proposal content production
  • Work with Loopio proposal management software and SharePoint Online to load and manage RFP questions and matching responses
  • Management and maintenance of templates for proposals and acting as the primary contact across the service lines for ensuring brand consistency and quality
  • Works closely with Sales, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Product SMEs, and others within the company to provide updated and accurate proposal responses in support of the company's global sales efforts.
  • Follows established RFP and support request processes in SalesForce.
  • Continually adds to, and improves the RFP repository in order to use as a resource for proposal creation, and other sales and company response needs.
  • Handles follow-up work associated with RFPs moving to the next phase: coordinating answers, additional information requests, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years of sales, marketing or proposal management experience
  • Brings excellent written and verbal communications skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; and the ability to work well with employees at all levels of a fast-paced global organization.
  • Must be flexible to periodically work outside of regular business hours to meet tight international business deadlines and workload.
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe DC and comfortable working with Graphics. . Competency with Salesforce and SharePoint, a plus.
  • Familiarity with an RFP Proposal software such as: Loopio, Qorus, Qvidian, PMAPS, etc., a plus.

Certification:APMP Foundation Level Certification preferred but not mandatory.
