About the Role

As a Production Coordinator at Rebel Athletic, you’ll serve as a key link between our Planning, Sourcing, and Merchandising teams — ensuring flawless execution from purchase order entry to product delivery. You’ll manage production timelines, track progress with global vendors, and align order flow with business goals.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves details, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Enter, update, and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) — ensuring accuracy in style details, quantities, costs, and delivery timelines.
  • Manage production schedules and follow up on attainment of deadlines across multiple vendors.
  • Coordinate with domestic and overseas vendors to issue POs and track order status, delivery schedules, and production milestones.
  • Work closely with the Planning team to ensure production aligns with inventory flow and delivery expectations.
  • Proactively communicate any production delays or risks that could impact inventory availability to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Planning to troubleshoot issues, shift priorities, and adjust delivery timelines as needed.
  • Ensure vendor on-time, in-full delivery of products by monitoring order progress and vendor timelines.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between vendors and internal teams for production and delivery communication, ensuring transparency and alignment across departments.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and cross-functional partners.
  • Support ongoing process improvements in PO management, production tracking, and team workflows.
  • Complete additional projects and tasks assigned by the Production Manager.

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of experience in Production, Sourcing, or Supply Chain roles with increasing responsibility.
  • Understanding of hard and soft goods manufacturing operations, including material sourcing, production lead times, and transit timelines.
  • Experience working with POs and order management systems.
  • Proven collaboration with Planning, Sourcing, and Inventory teams.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • ERP/MRP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Skills & Attributes

  • High attention to detail, especially with data entry and order accuracy.
  • Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Cross-functional team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently and owning critical processes like PO management.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time, non-exempt position based at Rebel Athletic’s headquarters in Carrollton, Texas. Expect a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment where attention to detail and communication are key. Occasional overtime may be required during peak production periods.
