General Definition of Work:

The individual contracted in this position is responsible for the operation of the Dolphin Swim Team between May 26, 2022, and July 8, 2022.

Essential Functions:

Lead swim practices, attend scheduled swim meets, prepare heat sheets for each meet, assist with the coordination of swim team volunteers, analyzing swim techniques and determining skill levels, educating swimmers on various techniques and styles, and preparing swimmers for swim meets.
