Job Description: Team Lead for AV Field Operations

• Role Overview: Lead and oversee AV field projects, ensuring smooth execution of installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with clients and teams to deliver quality AV solutions.
• Key Responsibilities:
  
  1. Supervise AV field technicians and manage daily assignments.
  2. Ensure timely setup, configuration, and testing of AV systems.
  3. Coordinate with clients for on-site requirements and feedback.
  4. Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  5. Provide hands-on support for complex technical issues.
• Requirements: Proven experience in AV operations, team management skills, and technical expertise with AV equipment and software. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  Required Certifications:
• CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) 
• AVIXA Certification (Preferred)
• Crestron/Extron/AMX Programming Certifications (Optional but beneficial)

Experience:
5+ years in AV installation or fieldwork, with leadership experience preferred.
