We are seeking a highly motivated Manager, IMSC Project Portfolio Governance to join the IMSC Project Portfolio team. This role leads preparation for the monthly Project Portfolio Governance Execution forums by partnering with stakeholders, coordinating pre-meeting scheduling, leading post-meeting communications, and tracking governance follow-ups. The Manager is responsible for the governance process, including continuous improvement of the governance framework, processes, and forums. The role guides functional teams on readiness and helps ensure investment is effectively communicated and delivered across IMSC. In partnership with IMSC Finance, the Manager also leads portfolio prioritization insights and the formal approval process to ensure required approvals are in place prior to investment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and leading across-functions (teams, capabilities, forums).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and deploy project execution governance processes to identify, select, monitor and prioritize projects and investments for IMSC providing clarity & transparency to the portfolio across Supply Chain functions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate governance to ensure the portfolio is defined, optimized and prioritized; Facilitate preparation for IMSC Governance Forums, including the IMSC Investment Review Committee (IRC) and E2E execution forums.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and oversight to Project teams to facilitate reviews; drive consistency, insights, and process adherence while collaborating to ensure proactive readiness for IMSC forums.
  • Compile process metrics & reporting and review decks for the IMSC forums to drive effective decision making.
  • Assess the portfolio health and create insightful portfolio analysis and story-telling to lead continuous prioritization in light of constraints and execution risks.
  • Continually assess and enhance governance practices to align with industry standards and best practices and enable IMSC end to end governance efficiency.
  • Identify constraints impacting project execution (i.e., budget, resourcing, timing, risks) to ensure clear communication across teams.
  • Drive decisions to mitigate risks and address challenges affecting the project portfolio.
  • Work closely with program and project execution teams to ensure alignment with portfolio priorities and governance processes.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement across the end-to-end Project Portfolio process.
  • Implement tools, reporting, and automation to improve process efficiency and the user experience.
  • Develop dashboards and controls to measure process performance.
  • Deliver requirements and identify efficiencies to the IMSC business processes and deployment. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Finance

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • 6 years of experience including deep experience in Portfolio, Finance, Supply Chain, or Project Management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills across customer and executive levels.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Proficient data analysis skills and the ability to identify risks and constraints effectively.
  • Demonstrated process improvement and change management skills.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to influence without authority, collaborate across boundaries, negotiate solutions, drive accountability, create a case for change and enroll teams in support of the strategic vision.
  • Strong communication to create clear and concise messaging to leadership and the ability to work well in teams, cross-functionally, and with all levels of the organization.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge / deep understanding of IMSC models and ways of working, systems and tools.
  • Experience with portfolio/project management and portfolio decision making.
  • A demonstrated ability to synthesize large quantities of finance, process and technical information and present cogent recommendations.

Other:

  • Requires up to 10% domestic and/or international travel

Belgium- The anticipated base pay range for this position is 79,900- 137,700 EUR
Ireland- The anticipated base pay range for this position is 70,100- 121,210 EUR
Italy- The anticipated base pay range for this position is 56,100- 96,945 EUR
