Chick-fil-A is hiring Management overseeing Cooks / Prep cooks.


We are looking at hiring Closing Leader to oversee Kitchen/Cook/Line Cook/Prep.


All training will be done in-house through our orientation and training program.

Leader responsibilities: 

·      Oversee day-to-day operations.

·      Design strategy and set goals.

·      Set policies and systems/processes.

·      Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.

·      Prepare regular reports.

·      Coaching.

·      Run shifts and staff according to position.

·      Evaluate staff.

·      Follow food safety goals and regulations.

·      Use existing data and reports to provide solutions to issues and track results.

·      Use computers and iPads.

·      Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, and food prep.

·      Maintain personal knowledge by completing ongoing in-house training and stay up to date on changes.

·      Make sure all opening or closing tasks as assigned and completed.

 

Requirements:




· Must be 18+ years of age.

· Must be comfortable working in a kitchen environment.

· Like a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

· Positive attitude.

· Be an encourager.

· Can lead a diverse age group.
