Job Description

1300 Build Technician
Purpose
All team members are expected to perform every aspect of building cabinet boxes in accordance with Bellmont quality and productivity standards. Team members are formally responsible for providing input for improvements, deciding whether material meets quality standards and deciding when to replace defective product. All team members are expected to exhibit behaviors that fall in line with our companies core values. No formal supervisory responsibility.


Key Responsibilities
•    Performs required amount of work that will enable the team to meet the weekly Assembly productivity requirements.
•    Performs work in accordance with Assembly dept. quality standards. This includes: Cabinet alignment, hardware installation, safe part handling, cabinet configuration.
•    Assist other areas or departments as needed.

To perform this job satisfactorily, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability, and environmental conditions required.
•    Must be able to read and understand a tape measure.
•    Must be able to navigate a computer and computer applications.
•    Must have organizational skills.
•    Must have effective communication skills.
•    Must have the ability sometimes work on multiple jobs/tasks at one time.
•    Must have the ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision for the duration of your shift.


Required Education/Experience
