Position:
Elementary Special Education Teacher ~ .6 FTE

Qualifications:

• Valid New Jersey certification in Special Education (Teacher of Students with Disabilities required; Elementary Certification)
• Demonstrated experience implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with fidelity
• Ability to design and deliver high-quality, differentiated special education instruction
• Experience working as an in-class support teacher and/or resource room teacher preferred
• Strong collaboration skills with Child Study Team members, general education teachers, and families
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and student-centered learning environment
• Ability to address and support students' academic, social, and emotional development
• Warm, nurturing, and relationship-focused approach to teaching

Salary range: $63,710-$86,570
(based on 2025-2026 contract salary guide)
