Duties & Responsibilities职责范围：
1.    与海外产品团队、客户进行深入沟通，收集并分析电子产品功能需求，定义产品设计要求和规范以满足客户需求。
2.    主导电子产品的系统层面方案架构设计工作，包括硬件子系统、嵌入式软件子系统以及之间的交互设计和平台化方案。
3.    协同硬件工程师、软件工程师进行模块划分和接口定义，主导完成DFMEA设计失效分析和产品设计的风险评估，并进行相关评审，确保产品系统整体性能、可靠性和稳定性。
4.    审查系统测试方案，协同设计团队和测试团队验证系统功能完整性及相关性能指标，解决系统级问题。
5.    组织关键方案评审和编写/维护系统流程设计文档、测试报告等相关技术文件，为项目管理、设计定型和后续迭代提供详实依据和流程支持。
6.    领导开发团队进行内部或全球化的技术讨论与评审会议。

Qualifications & Competency录用条件
1.    电子工程、自动化、通信工程、计算机或相关专业全日制本科及以上学历，具有至少5年以上的电子类产品设计工作经验；
2.    精通电子产品系统设计流程，包括需求分析、系统建模、仿真验证和系统集成等环节；
3.    精通DFMEA等设计分析工具，熟悉嵌入式系统软硬件协同设计；
4.    熟悉至少一种项目管理工具，如Confluence、Jira等；
5.    具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力和项目管理能力，能够有效推动工程团队对新产品设计及测试验证的进展；
6.    对于电子电路、传感器、电源、无线通讯技术、软件开发等有深入理解和实践经验；
7.    具有较强的问题解决能力和创新思维，能够在复杂系统环境下带领团队快速定位并解决问题；
8.    熟练的英语听说能力和文档书写能力；
9.    积极主动，踏实负责，执行力强。
