Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Prep screens for coating

· Coating, burning, washing out, taping, and blocking screens

· Oversees the screen reclaiming operation

· Maintains the screen inventory

· Maintains the screen room supplies and communicates if additional supplies are needed

· Leads other screen department associates

· Oversees ink preparation and staging of carts.

REQUIRED SKILLS

· Basic understanding of screen print techniques

· In depth knowledge of the screen making process (frames, mesh, coating, exposure, wash out, etc.)

· Works well as a member of a team

· Ability to train others in the screen area
