  • Provide technical leadership, quality assurance, and support for fault diagnosis and asset performance
  • Participate in an on-call roster and lead responses to operational incidents and emergencies
  • Oversee Contractor First Response and ensure timely triage and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate work order management within CMMS systems, ensuring no backlog at month-end
  • Ensure full compliance with WHS, statutory requirements, and site-specific operational standards
  • Engage with stakeholders to coordinate works and minimise disruption to operations
  • Monitor KPIs, service levels, and performance metrics, contributing to reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

Education, Experience & Skills

Essential:

  • Trade qualification in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or building services
  • Proven experience in facilities management or technical services within complex, high-volume environments
  • Strong knowledge of preventative and corrective maintenance practices and asset management principles
  • Experience using CMMS platforms (e.g. Maximo, Manhattan)
  • Solid understanding of WHS, compliance, and safe systems of work
  • Demonstrated ability to lead trade teams and subcontractors effectively
  • Experience working in 24/7 or on-call environments
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Experience in aviation, transport, healthcare, or large infrastructure environments
