Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet residents, visitors, staff and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Immediately report emergency maintenance requests to management office.
- Ascertain nature of business and direct visitors or callers to appropriate department(s) or person(s).
- Assist with frequently asked questions (FAQs).
- Remain always on their feet, transmitting information to others, assisting people both in and out of the building, and serving as the interface of the building with the general public.
- Submit complete written report of activities to management office at end of every shift.
- All other duties as assigned.
