JOB DESCRIPTION

Title:- MMU QuoteTeam Lead 
Location:  Bangalore, India

The MMU Quote Team Lead is responsible for supervising the quote-support function to ensure a timely and accurate flow of IQ quotes and quote-related data to Sales and Product employees.The Team Lead is also accountable for providing excellent service and communication in support of the branch and sales teams. This role would be supporting TTI(Mouser's Parent Company).
    
ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Effectively supervises the MMU Quote team members by assigning and delegating accountabilities, by providing ongoing instruction.
  • Utilizing effective communication and motivational techniques, providing ongoing performance management, rewarding higher levels of performance by providing effective training and development. 
  • Ensures the optimal operation of the IQ Quote Support function by implementing all quote support processes and procedures. 
  • Ensures that the Sales needs are being met by soliciting feedback regularly from them and by measuring key statistics such as turnaround time and quality of work. 
  • Demonstrates the highest quality of customer service and effectively interacts with all internal and external business contacts.
  • Ability to lead, provide training and assistance to the Level I, II and III positions.
  • Develop training plans for new hires and ensure timely completion of Training. 
  • Attends and contributes to company meetings.
  • Implements annual department goals with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Assists in the weekly and monthly reports.   
  • Conduct regular 1:1 with the team members.
  • Escalation Management and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Attendance Management.
  • Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance.
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Proven literacy in using application software such as Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word. 
  • Strong communication, analytical skills and organizational skills; thorough and attentive to details; able to prioritize, multitask and recognize the importance of deadlines.
  • Proven skill working in a team environment with various personality types to get the work done. 
  • Ability to relate well, build consensus and show respect and consideration for others.
  • Strong teamwork orientation.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Requires any Bachelor’s degree.
  • Internal: Min 2 years Mouser Exp as a Coordinator/Lead.
  • External: Min 1 years of direct supervision/management experience. 
  • Completed professional training in a relevant business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
