Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients before, during, and after procedures, and provide timely interventions as needed.
• Educate patients and families about cardiac diagnostic tests.
• Obtain accurate patient histories and documentation prior to testing.
• Perform and interpret echocardiograms, cardiac stress tests, ECGs, and Holter monitoring.
• Maintain and troubleshoot diagnostic equipment; ensure testing areas are clean and stocked.
• Respond appropriately to emergency/code situations and maintain crash cart readiness.
• Ensure accurate scheduling, reporting, and documentation of procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and team members.
• Support department goals, safety standards, and compliance with policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
1. Must be Registered through ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS) with active status; or
2. Completion of an ultrasound or cardiovascular technology program and must pass the credentialing Registry examination within 1 year of hire.
3. Two years’ experience either by working or school related preferred

Schedule:
Monday - Friday with a rotating schedule beginning at either 6:30am, 7:00am, 7:30am, 8:00am, & 8:30am.
7 day call rotation every 4 - 5 weeks.
