The role of Insight Manager will be based in our London office, but will span both the London and New York teams. As part of the team in the London office, you’ll help manage, inspire and grow the existing London insights team. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to help shape the future of the team and the work we do at BAMM.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience

  • Demonstrable track record of delivering consumer insight at an agency

  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative research for brand, innovation and communication projects

  • Exceptional team player who values trust, listening and understanding

  • Adaptable and problem solving

  • Experience working with multiple methodologies

Job responsibilities

  • Act as the bridge between senior and junior teams, managing concise and effective communication to ensure smooth running projects

  • Be the driving project manager on more than one project simultaneously

  • Run smaller projects independently and play a pivotal role in bigger ones

  • Ensure project objectives are achieved with supreme integrity 

  • Demonstrate a savvy and thoughtful approach to analysis and project outcomes

  • Master core research skills 

  • Consistently contribute to large proposals

  • Proactively bring new industry trends to work and clients

  • At least one mentor responsibility and supporting line management of one person (with Senior support)

  • Survey design and final sign-off on script checking

  • Lead on all data analysis and create drafts for team

  • Contribute to the overall integrity of narrative and storytelling and final recommendations
