Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Personal Assistant / House Manager to support with household operations, lifestyle management, events, travel preparation, and personal errands.
This role is primarily in-person with some hybrid flexibility. The PA will work closely with the Executive Assistant, who will oversee priorities and accountability, while the PA focuses on making the household and personal life operate smoothly at a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Household Management
Oversee the day-to-day flow of the home, including organization, cleaning coordination, trash, packages, supplies, laundry/ironing support, and general upkeep.
Personal Support
Manage personal errands, appointments, reservations, styling coordination, haircuts, rides, and other day-to-day personal obligations.
Pet & Home Routine Support
Help with dog care, including feeding, walking, vet visits, grooming coordination, and other household routines such as collecting eggs.
Events & Hospitality
Assist with planning, preparing, and setting up personal events, dinners, parties, and networking gatherings to ensure a polished guest experience.
Travel Preparation
Support travel logistics, including packing, outfit coordination, luggage preparation, unpacking, ironing, and setting up everything upon arrival so the principals can transition seamlessly.
EA Coordination
Work closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure household priorities, personal systems, routines, and standards are executed consistently.
