Robert Basil Buick GMC Cadillac is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our sales team.  This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in the automotive industry.  

Position: Sales Assistant- Full Time or Part Time

Location: Robert Basil Buick GMC Cadillac- 3475 Southwestern Blvd. Orchard Park, NY 14127

Pay: $18-$23/hr based on experience

What you'll do:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Support sales staff with day-to-day operations and customer follow-ups
• Maintain showroom appearance and vehicle organization
• Assist with test drive coordination and vehicle preparation
• Handle basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, CRM updates)
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• Help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Previous experience working in a professional customer service role
• Valid drivers license
