As a result of this growth, we are now looking for a talented Corporate Receptionist to join our Office Management team, based in our Milan office. 

The role

The Corporate Receptionist role will cover a wide range of different tasks, as it liaises and cooperates daily with various departments within the company. Corporate Receptionist will be responsible for: 

  • Handling and sorting incoming calls
  • Welcoming and guiding guests and candidates
  • Sorting company mail and coordinating all incoming and outgoing post 
  • Managing meeting rooms, supporting the coordination and execution of various events
  • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers (requesting quotations, liaising with them for all company’s needs), ordering office supplies and stationeries
  • Creating ad hoc reporting 
  • Supervising all activities in relation to facilities management (periodical maintenance work, Health & Safety, coordination of all office spaces)
  • Managing company’s car fleet 
  • Collaborating with the Office Management team in other countries (France, Germany, Spain)
  • Supporting the HR team with onboarding activities (management of IT assets, meal voucher cards etc..)
