Job Description
 

Creative Dining Services is seeking a Part‑Time Conference & Guest Services Coordinator for the Haworth Hotel, a 48‑room boutique hotel in downtown Holland on Hope College’s campus.

This role manages guest reservations, meetings, and hospitality events while supporting daily hotel operations and guest service.


Responsibilities

  • Acts as a point of contact for guest inquiries, reservations, and events.
  • Supports the Catering Manager by performing catering and bartending duties as required for events.
  • Handles administrative and reporting tasks in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Assists the General Manager with scheduling, compliance, operations, and continuous process improvement
  • Ensures high guest satisfaction and adherence to safety and company policies. Checks on room set-ups, audio-visual, and special requests to assure space is properly configured per guest, and that amenities are as ordered.

Physical Demands/Work Environment

Hands‑on position requiring physical work in support of conference center operations. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Work may occur in hot, cold, or humid environments and may occasionally require extended or flexible hours based on operational needs.

Education

  • Minimum of two years administrative experience
  • Experience in hospitality environments
  • Proven superior customer relations skills required
