ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER – NYC | $80K–$110K | COMMERCIAL PROJECTS

Location: New York City (All Boroughs + NJ Projects)
Pay: $80,000 – $110,000 base (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 07:00–15:30
Type: Full-Time | On-Site (No Remote)

We are hiring an experienced Electrical Project Manager who can take full control of commercial projects and drive them from kickoff through completion without constant oversight.

If you understand electrical construction, can manage budgets, and know how to keep projects moving efficiently, this is a strong opportunity to step into a high-impact role.

Projects range from $50K to $2.5M and include commercial renovations, office fit-outs, retail spaces, and high-end residential work.

You will serve as the central point of execution between field teams, office operations, and clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through closeout
  • Oversee budgets, forecasting, billing, and cost tracking
  • Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with field teams
  • Handle submittals, RFIs, and all project documentation
  • Coordinate with General Contractors, owners, engineers, and field crews
  • Manage procurement of materials, subcontractors, and equipment
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and compliant
  • Maintain clear communication between field and office teams


  • Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager (commercial projects)
    • Proven experience managing projects ranging from $50K to $2.5M
    • Strong understanding of NEC and NYC electrical codes
    • Ability to read and interpret full construction drawing sets
    • Experience with project management software such as Procore, Autodesk, or similar tools
    • Strong communication and leadership skills

    Preferred:

    • Electrical field experience
    • Experience working on NYC-based projects or union environments

  • WORK ENVIRONMENT
