Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Valid Texas Teaching Certificate in Secondary Science (or appropriate certification)
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and administration
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience teaching at the secondary level
• ESL certification or ability to obtain
• Knowledge of differentiated instruction and data-driven instruction
