MCHC is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team. As a vital part of our Patient Services team, you will be the first point of contact for patients, helping ensure a positive experience while connecting individuals to the care they need. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments accurately
  • Provide patients with information regarding services, clinic locations, and insurance eligibility
  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, fax, and MyChart
  • Update patient records and verify insurance information
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external resources as needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance
