There is one direct report reporting to the Team Leader in this role.
 

YOUR CHALLENGE

The Team Leader coordinates tasks for all distribution center operations.

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

  • Allocate staff based on daily operational needs;
  • Personnel management: approve worked hours in Dayforce, onboard new employees. In collaboration with the Distribution Center Manager, set objectives and conduct annual performance evaluations;
  • Monitor the daily completion of tasks as well as overall results;
  • Ensure compliance with receiving and shipping deadlines as established;
  • Be accountable for key performance indicator (KPI) results;
  • Maintain a high level of customer service;Promote health and safety within the team in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;
  • Participate in operational tasks and support the entire team by acting as a subject‑matter resource;
  • Define, measure, and analyze current processes in order to improve them (critical processes, kits, software).

YOUR SUCCESS METRICS

  • Number of accidents and incidents prevented;
  • Lines per hour (overall);Lines per hour (receiving);
  • Lines per hour (shipping);
  • Receiving and shipping lead times;
  • Non‑conformance rate (ratio).

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 

  • High school diploma (DES);
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within warehouse or distribution operations;
  • Self‑driven, with the ability to manage daily priorities without constant supervision;
  • Comfortable working with performance indicators (productivity, lead times, non‑conformances);
  • Occupational health and safety is a top priority and a core value embedded in their way of working.
